Thank you for shopping at Hala’s Paws! We hope you and your furry friend love your new purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. You can return your item for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review our return policy below for details on how to proceed.

RETURNS
  • Items returned within the first 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Items returned after 30 days will receive store credit only.
  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been visibly worn, damaged, or altered (e.g., chewed, stained, or torn).
  • Final sale items or personalized products.
  • Items without original tags and packaging intact.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

RETURN METHODS
  • In-Store Returns: Visit our Ladera Ranch to return your item in person.
  • Mail-In Returns: To return an item by mail, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUND OPTIONS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Items returned within the first 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days will receive store credit only.
  • Store credit is issued for the full purchase price of the item after discounts, including applicable sales tax, but does not include shipping fees.
  • Refunds or store credit will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] or (949) 388-3223 to arrange a replacement or refund. Photos of the damaged item may be required to expedite the process.
